TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you access or use AIsearchlift, including aisearchlift.com and its test-run request service. By using the website or submitting a request, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. About AIsearchlift

AIsearchlift is a beta product intended to help businesses identify publisher and website opportunities that may be relevant to visibility in AI-assisted search results. The service may provide audits, research, suggested publisher targets, outreach information, or related materials.

The product is being tested and may change, contain errors, or be unavailable at times.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If you use AIsearchlift for a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

3. Information you provide

You agree to provide information that you reasonably believe is accurate and that you are permitted to provide. You are responsible for reviewing submitted information and keeping your contact details accurate.

You retain ownership of information you submit. You allow AIsearchlift and its service providers to process that information as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide and operate the service, prevent misuse, and follow the Privacy Policy.

4. Beta service and no guaranteed results

AIsearchlift provides research and informational assistance. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular business. You are responsible for independently reviewing recommendations before relying on or acting on them.

AIsearchlift does not guarantee citations, rankings, placement in AI-generated answers, publisher responses, traffic, leads, revenue, or any other business result. References to publishers, websites, search engines, or third-party brands do not imply affiliation, endorsement, or guaranteed access.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
Submit information you do not have permission to use.
Impersonate another person or organization.
Use recommendations to send unlawful, deceptive, or abusive messages or spam.
Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
Interfere with, damage, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.
Introduce malware or use automated systems in a way that places unreasonable load on the service.

6. Intellectual property

AIsearchlift and its website, branding, software, interface, and original materials are owned by AIsearchlift or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of AIsearchlift materials to you. You may use materials supplied specifically for your test run for your internal business evaluation, subject to these Terms and any additional notice provided with the materials.

7. Third-party services and websites

AIsearchlift may refer to or link to third-party publishers, websites, platforms, or services. AIsearchlift does not control them and is not responsible for their content, availability, policies, decisions, or actions.

You are responsible for following third-party terms, outreach rules, intellectual-property rights, privacy requirements, and applicable marketing or anti-spam laws.

8. Communications

By submitting a request, you authorize AIsearchlift to contact you about that request and closely related beta activity. Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional email lists.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the beta service. We may also refuse or limit requests where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, capacity, or misuse prevention.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIsearchlift is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIsearchlift will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, or business arising from use of or reliance on the service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the beta develops. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Terms apply to future use.
