AIsearchlift ("AIsearchlift," "we," "us," or "our") operates aisearchlift.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain information when you visit our website, request a test run, or communicate with us.

1. Information you provide

When you request a test run, we may collect your name, email address, company size, keywords, countries of operation, and information you choose to provide in later communications.

Please do not submit confidential information, passwords, financial information, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the request form.

2. Information collected automatically

We may collect campaign attribution information such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term, together with the first landing path.

We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement tools to understand website use and advertising performance. These tools may collect page views, clicks, form interactions, approximate location, browser and device information, session information, IP-derived information, cookies, and similar identifiers.

AIsearchlift does not intentionally send form contents such as your name, email address, keywords, countries, or company size to Google Analytics or Google Ads.

For security and abuse prevention, an IP address may be processed briefly when a request is submitted. The AIsearchlift application stores a one-way hash for rate limiting instead of intentionally storing the raw IP address. Infrastructure providers may process network information according to their own policies.

3. Browser storage

AIsearchlift uses session storage to support the user journey. An email entered on the landing page may be stored temporarily for up to 30 minutes and transferred to the request form in the same browser tab. It is removed when consumed or expired and is not placed in the URL.

Session storage may also contain campaign attribution information and a non-public success marker. This information normally remains until the browser session ends or it is cleared by the browser or user.

Google measurement services may use cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser and Google settings.

4. How we use information

We may use information to:

Respond to your request and prepare or deliver the requested AI visibility audit.
Communicate with you about your request and closely related beta activity.
Operate, maintain, secure, and improve AIsearchlift.
Understand website and campaign performance.
Prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and duplicate submissions.
Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

Submitting a request does not automatically subscribe you to unrelated promotional email lists.

5. How information may be disclosed

We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, databases, analytics, advertising measurement, security, diagnostics, communications, and product operations. They may process information only as needed to provide their services to us and subject to their applicable terms.

We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate misuse, protect users or the public, or protect AIsearchlift's rights and security. Information may also be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections.

We do not sell personal information for money, and we do not make request-form submissions publicly available.

6. Google services

AIsearchlift uses Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Google may process information sent by your browser, including the page URL, IP address, device information, cookies, and advertising identifiers, depending on your browser and Google settings.

You can manage advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings and may use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on where available.

7. Retention

The temporary landing-page email handoff is designed to expire after 30 minutes and is removed when transferred to the request form.

Campaign attribution and success markers stored in session storage normally remain only for the browser session. Security rate-limit records are retained for short operational periods and periodically removed.

Submitted lead information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, deliver and evaluate the beta service, maintain business records, protect the service, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we may delete or anonymize it.

Analytics and infrastructure providers may apply their own retention periods.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. These include server-side validation, access restrictions, rate limiting, and protected database access. However, no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain uses.

To submit a privacy request, email team@aisearchlift.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will respond as required by applicable law.

You may also control cookies through your browser and manage relevant settings directly with Google.

10. International processing

AIsearchlift and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international processing.

11. Children's privacy

AIsearchlift is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact team@aisearchlift.com.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as AIsearchlift develops or our practices change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
